Donations

As a registered charity, Glasgow Central CAB is reliant on financial support from people in the community. Since 1939, we have been assisting people with their problems, providing free, impartial and independent advice. Furthermore, we have been active in the community, providing employment for local people and support for local projects.

If you are able, any donation you can provide would be greatly appreciated, and would help to allow us to continue to do the work we do.

Making your donation

In order to make it as easy as possible to donate, we have provided two methods of processing your donation - Paypal and Vodafone's JustTextGiving service.

Paypal allows you to make your donation using your existing credit or debit card, while JustTextGiving allows you to make a donation by text message using your mobile phone. In both cases, 100% of your donation goes directly to us - Paypal and Vodafone do not take any fees.

For more information about the JustTextGiving service, please visit www.vodafone.co.uk/JustTextGiving. (Link opens in a new tab or window.)

How to donate using JustTextGiving

To donate to Glasgow Central CAB using JustTextGiving, text "GCAB39 £10" to 70070, this will be deducted from your current mobile phone credit or added to your mobile phone bill. Using JustTextGiving, you can donate £1, £2, £3, £4, £5 or £10 in a single donation, just replace the £10 above with your chosen amount. After you've sent the text, you'll receive a confirmation text providing information on how to add Gift Aid, which would allow Glasgow Central CAB to gain an extra 25% from your donation.
